His passionate pursing for sustainability results in the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Green Hotel ever built in the US, GAIA Napa Valley Hotel & Spa. Two other LEED Gold or Silver projects have also been developed. Over 250 media worldwide has recognized his good intent, including Taiwan News Weekly (財經文化週刊) and Shan-Lih TV (三立電視).
